This Project was a conversation from a Double Manual Swing Door Set to an Access Entry SZ200L Automatic Bi-Parting Door Application including new custom aluminium framed and glazed sliding doors.

An aluminium cover trim was installed across opening middle threshold to cover existing top pivot holes.

The Internal adjacent walls were mitred so overall operator length was reduced to allow future service and maintenance access , however this did not cause a reduction in required clear opening.

The Building Owner is going to be ramping up to the existing threshold to provide ease of access for wheel-chair bound or infirmed pedestrians.

As per customer request, this unit utilizes a manual lock, has been fitted with both internal and external IXIO Dual curtain safety and activation sensor/s.

There is a battery backup for mains power failure and an internal SK4 Mode Selection Switch.

A push button was provided for Egress requirements as the operator is a designated exit.

Customer has confirmed that a preventative maintenance program will be entered into by time of first service and we have now completed Four (4) x Projects for this customer, directly and via a fabricator.

Customer is extremely satisfied with this project.
